Legitimacy of the processing: personal data is processed with unambiguous consent and in compliance with legal obligations applicable to GESTIÓN CAPITAL RIESGO; namely:

  • Law 34/2002, dated 11 July, on information company services and electronic commerce.


Recipients: data will not be passed on to third parties except for:

  • Legal stipulation.
  • Companies of the SPRI group.
  • Public authorities with jurisdiction in the matter.


Rights of the interested party: interested parties are informed of the possibility for them to exercise their rights to:
