The arrival of new shareholders does not mean changes in the strategic orientation of the company, which has annual turnover of 690 million euros and manufactures aircraft fuselage aerostructures for firms such as Embraer, Boeing, Airbus and Bombardier. Aernnova, with production plants in Europe, United States, Mexico and Brazil, has 4,700 employees.
