Mercedes-Benz Vitoria increases its annual output to 145,500 vehicles

The success that vehicles coming off the assembly line of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Vitoria are having in the market, especially internationally, has led to a change in operational planning for this year. The new production figure used by the management of the car company has risen to 145,500 units of the Class V and Vito models.


This new record represents an increase of 5,500 vehicles compared to the forecast with which the leading Basque industry started 2017. The company has a staff of 5,000 workers and its impact on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the Basque Country is 4.5%.
