Everis, a multinational consulting company that provides business, strategy, development and maintenance of technological applications and outsourcing solutions, will add 2,500 new professionals to its workforce in Spain over the next twelve months, after the good results obtained, with year on year turnover exceeding 500 million euros.
The company currently has more than 8,800 employees in the State and plans to hire young recent graduates, especially in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT), as well as specialists experienced in more innovative technologies. The multinational has more than 13,000 professionals spread throughout its offices and high performance centres in 14 countries.
The Everis offer of employment is distributed as follows: about 900 jobs in Barcelona, more than 800 in Madrid, 200 in Alicante, Seville and Murcia, 100 in Valencia, 70 in Zaragoza, 40 in Valladolid, 30 in La Coruña and 25 in Bilbao. In addition, its programme of internships will continue, with 600 positions for students who will join the company after obtaining work experience.
Everis is to select 40% of the profiles among recent graduates in IT, telecommunications, industrial and other engineering disciplines, mathematics, physics, business administration and management, as well as top grade training cycles in development of multiplatform applications, development of web applications, administration of online computer systems and telecommunication and computer systems.
The remaining 60% will be experienced professionals. The most wanted profiles are in areas like big data, cloud, mobility, IoT and digital talent in general. Finally, Humanities profiles not traditionally linked to the consulting world are included, such as sociologists, journalists and psychologists, considered a key element in digital transformation processes.
