The centre offers four scholarships to develop the master project in one of its 10 research groups. Selected students will have the opportunity to specialise in one of the centre’s lines of research
CIC nanoGUNE opens the call for proposals to select Master and PhD students who will perform their projects in one of its 10 research groups. Those interested can specialise in various areas in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology, from nano-optics to nanomaterials or nanoengineering oriented to biomedical applications.
To achieve this, the nanoscience cooperative research centre offers four scholarships to students of physics, chemistry, biology, materials science and nanotechnology who are chosen to develop their Master projects in one of its groups. Students enrolled in an official Master degree who return their applications to nanoGUNE by 11 September 2016 will be eligible for these scholarships.
Moreover, nanoGUNE offers graduates in subjects related to the centre’s research areas the possibility of developing their PhD thesis in one of its groups. All information about the calls for Master and PhD students is available in the centre’s website.
The Cooperative Research Centre (CIC) nanoGUNE, based in Donostia-San Sebastián, is a research centre created with the mission of conducting world-class research in nanoscience and nanotechnology, aiming to increase business competitiveness and economic growth in the Basque Country.
